Social Media Posts
I believe that personalized and handmade social media graphics can elevate a simple instagram post into a real marketing tool. You can find dozens of my designs on Dowl's various social media pages.
I created these instagram gallery posts to promote various employees who work in specialty areas. These positions have proven difficult to recruit for, and my graphics were a part of the inititive to bring in new applicants. I wanted to highlight the employees inside and outside of the workplace.
These are a collection of fun illustrations I made for various holidays.
Office Signage
I designed new signs for office locations throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. DOWL is redecorating all of their locations, and part of that redecoration is making sure that all of the various signs are consistently branded. The signs below show the variety I created.

Civil Engineering Proposals
I worked on many engineering proposals, primarily to clean up the design and layout of the document. I also created the following slide show to educate the marketing team on good design practices, so they can apply them to their proposals before I oversee the final design.
I created a variety of graphics and maps for the engineering proposals. These graphics have to convey a lot of technical information as well as match the branding for the document and be visually pleasing. Great design helps secure contracts!
I created a project logo and unique branding to be used throughout the duration of the Spenard Road expansion project. These graphics were used by the public relations team to help convey information to the general public.

Internal Communication
Below is a collection of various designs I've created for internal documentation, logo items, and memos.
I designed this poster to promote the employee referral program. I chose to highlight the $5,000 bonus, as that would be the biggest incentive for people to contribute.
These two designs are drinking glass wraps, meant to promote DOWL's new diversity training program. I wanted to create subtle designs that conveyed diversity, growth, and cooperation.
Below is a graphic for a thank you email. This email is a replacement for a physical gift that was normally sent through the mail, but needed to be become digital due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I created a simple graphic that conveyed the idea of gift-giving and gratitude.
This graphic was created to be posted to the company-wide server. It needed to advertise the company's yearly meeting, as well as the virtual get-to-know-you ice-breaker. I wanted to portray a virtual meeting in a fun and engaging way.
